In an effort to continuously improving our Anti-Fraud Program, we have a commitment to improve a fair business environment with better integrity, thus we can maintain your trust of the Bank to better serve you.
To keep our commitment, we established a whistleblowing mailbox. This mailbox provides a communication channel to report any violation pertaining to suspected fraud and unethical behaviour conducted by the Bank’s personnel.
We can ensure that valid reports will be investigated further and the Bank guarantees confidentiality of the identity of the whistle-blower.
Reports must at least explain what happened (what), the parties involved (who), time of the incident (when), place of the incident (where), and how did it happen (how).
